Americans are on more and more medications now than ever before. Chronic illnesses are on the rise as well. It can be a challenge to get your much-needed medication. Thankfully, pharmacy delivery is also on the rise.
There are a lot of people, myself included, that are on life-sustaining medication. It’s always important to take your medication as prescribed at the same time, day or however they are prescribed. If you drive, it’s easy to pick up your medication when it’s ready for a refill.
Now stop to think for a minute how difficult that would be if you do not drive, you live alone, or are disabled. It’s embarrassing and depressing to have to ask a friend or family member to take you to pick up your medication. It can also be physically difficult for you to get out of the house, into the car, back home just to pick them up as well.

Pharmacies Delivery is a service that is a GAME. CHANGER.
You read that right, your pharmacy can deliver your medication to you! That’s right your much-needed medication now can come to your door when you need it. In my area, there are 2 different pharmacies that deliver medication to their customers and it’s free of charge. The only thing you pay is any of your normal co-pay for your medication based on your insurance.
I love having this service for my husband and myself. I still go and pick them up in person if I happen to be going down the street, our pharmacies are near the shopping plaza. However, there are times I know we need them sooner than I will go to the store.
To set up delivery, all I do is ask them to please put me on the delivery list. It can vary from the very next day to a few days from when I call. It all depends on the time of day, and the days they have delivery.
Call your pharmacy to make sure they offer this service.
Now, not all pharmacies may offer this service. I suggest you call your pharmacy and ask about delivery. If they don’t offer it now, they may start depending on how many people inquire about it.
Another service you can ask your pharmacy about is coupons. Sometimes there are coupons for certain medications helping to bring the cost down on the prescription. For example, there is a Tri-Luma Coupon. The coupon will save you $5 off your prescription. When you are on a budget sometimes that $5 is a big deal!
