How to create a plan to reduce your stress levels

A stress plan can be created in order to reduce stress. This is something that should not be ignored.

An important step in the stress plan is to identify what you need for yourself and those around you.

Another one of these steps is self-care this means taking care of your mind, body, spirit, or emotions so that stress does not ruin you.

Even if it is difficult, one of the steps to reduce stress is being intentional with self-compassion – this means acknowledging that life can get hard and making sure to take care of yourself in those moments.

The next step after self-care would be taking care of your needs as a person; these needs can include things like sleep, stress level reductions, and more.

The next step is to identify what you need for your family or friends that are around you- this includes stress management practices as well as stress reduction techniques.

This final step in the stress plan is making sure to ask for help if needed! You should not ignore stress signals that you need help with stress.
