How to use the app

It is very easy to use the app and add your medication information to it. You can download it for free from either App Store (Apple) or Google Play store. After you download the app, on the first screen you add your name and email address. You can also opt out of receiving promotional emails from Sagely. (I appreciate that feature).

The next screen will show you the date and the day’s reminder. This is where you set it up for your medications. Green is morning, blue is nighttime. Tap the Add reminder in the bottom center.

When you are finished adding your medication information the screen will say 1 for whatever time of day it is for (morning or evening) and the time of day you set the timer for. You continue to do this for all of your medications.

If you take medication more than once a day, hit the frequency button. You can set how many times a day you take this medication and the different times of day you take this medication. The app will alert you numerous times a day for your medication at the times you set for it.

On the bottom right-hand corner is a settings button. When you click this button you can turn the notification sound on and off for your alarm to remind you to take your medication. There is also a snooze just like the alarm on your phone for your regular alarm. The snooze interval is 5 minutes or 15 minutes. You can also set it to repeat 1 time or 3 times.
How my family uses this pill organizer
My husband and I both have multiple medications to take a day. Life gets busy and we forget to take them which can be dangerous depending on what health conditions you have.
The pill organizer is 2 sided so you can add daytime and nighttime medications in one container for the day. I love that it’s so big and easy to open. The lid is rubberized and very easy to open if you have arthritis in your hands (like I do) but yet it is securely shut. Each day is its own container that sits on a tray. You can easily take one or a few days’ worth of pills with you easily and keep the actual pill bottle at home.
What I really love about Sagely is its app. The app is free to download from iTunes or the google play store. You can add the medications you take and the dosage. This is great if you go to different kinds of doctors and they all want to know what your list of medications is. It’s hard to remember the dosage and the proper name of your medications.

Using the app helps you to fill out medical forms at doctor’s offices, or in case of a medical emergency and you need to go to the emergency room and do not have an emergency medication list printed out that you carry with you at all times.
The app also lets you send a daily reminder of when to take your medication. It has a tone that goes off once and displays “time to take your medication” on the home screen of your phone. My husband and I will no longer forget to take our very important medication.
Pill box organizers are a great way to keep track of your medication, and an app can help you stay on top of your pill-taking schedule. Whether you’re trying to remember to take your pills every day or keeping track of how often you need to take them, a pill box organizer can help.
And if you’re worried about forgetting to take your pills, an app can send you reminders or even help you track your medication usage. So if you’re looking for a way to stay on track with your medication, a pill box organizer with an app is a great option.
