Step 7. Pour milk/egg/cinnamon/vanilla mixture over the bread pieces. Toss it around a bit until every piece is fully coated.

Step 8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Step 9. Bake at 350*F for 30-45 minutes or until the bread is no longer soggy. The actual time will depend on the type of milk and bread you used, as well as your own oven settings.
If you use too much milk, you may find your casserole is still soggy at the bottom. If this happens, use a spatula to flip parts of the casserole over, and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
