Summer is a rough time when you are living with chronic illness. The season just started and I have already had more pain days than I care to have. A combination of high temperature and humidity makes for my chronic pain to act up. When you add in frequent thunderstorms because of the humidity, it is a disaster. I love having a list of delicious summer dinner ideas on hand for bad days. I am usually out of spoons for the day to actually come up with a dinner idea.
