Ingredients For Your Air Fryer Zucchini

  • 1 zucchini cut into slices
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Air Fryer Zucchini

Step 1. Slice zucchini into slices, the thinner the better.

Step 2. Beat one egg in a bowl set aside.

Step 3. In a separate bowl mix together the bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese.

Step 4. Dip zucchini slice into the egg mixture, then gently dip into the bread crumbs. Make sure you are coating both sides.

Step 5. Layer the breaded slices into your air fryer in a single layer.

Step 6. Set the temperature on your air fryer for 400° and set the timer for 8 minutes.
