How To Make Garden Vegetable Soup
Prep time: 20 minutes
Active cook time: 7-8 minutes (+ time to come to pressure)
Natural Release: 10 minutes

Step 3. To the soup, add the potatoes, bay leaves, and chopped tomatoes. Insert the lid and lock it in place. Set the “Manual” option to 3 minutes after switching on the vent to “Sealing.”

Step 4. When cook time is complete, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Step 5. Remove the cover and discard the bay leaves. Stir in the arugula and lime juice. Add more salt and black pepper, if needed. Combine thoroughly.
